A Little Bit About Me
Getting fit, losing weight and running faster aren't easy - I understand that.
The hardest part for almost everyone is staying motivated.
I am not going to tell you that I have been a fitness freak all my life, far from it. At school I actively avoided any kind of sport and throughout my early 20’s I started new gym regimes countless times.
So why would you hire a personal trainer with that history? Because I know how hard it can be.
I've been there and I've done it.
And now I want to help you do it too.
I help you to stay on track and reach your goals by giving you the tools and skills you need. We will work together by setting clear and realistic goals that I guarantee you will achieve.
