PERSONAL TRAINING IS DEAD
That may seem like a funny thing to say, me being a personal trainer and all, but it’s true – personal training is dead.
At least in its traditional sense, it’s dead.
If you’re thinking that having a PT is all about hiring someone to yell at you as you slog away on the treadmill, count reps while you do endless sit-ups and tell you off for eating bad foods … You’re Wrong.
That is NOT what personal training is about.
For one, I don’t believe in shouting at clients – we work on building an honest relationship, where communication and feedback is vital.

I’m also not a “rep counter.”
I’ll program your training – but this program will be bespoke to you.
Above all I make sure that you stay on track and reach your goals, with as little time commitment as possible.
