Who Cares Why You Want To Lose Weight

Seriously, WHO cares?

Weight loss has nothing to do with the number on the scale but sadly that’s often what people focus and even obsess over.

Over time it’s easy to lose focus about some arbitrary number that has no emotion attached to it.

Then you get some people that have a WHY for losing weight.

They want to FEEL confident, sexy or energetic.

But even that is not always bullet proof when you’re having a bad day.

If that sounds like you then why not consider WHO.

WHO do you want to look better for, be sexier for, have more energy for?

That’s not to say you can’t do these things for yourself but often we care about other people far more than we ever do for ourselves.

Do you want to feel better \ sexier to help your relationship?

Do you want more energy to be able to play with your children, give them a happy childhood and live to see them get married etc?

I care about my daughter FAR more than I ever will about myself. Most parents will hopefully tell you the same thing.

That desire to play with them, keep them active, live to see them get married & have kids and not burden them with my own ill health are driving me every day to eat properly and exercise more.

My wife is also my absolute rock. I’d be totally lost without her. She looks after me and I’d hate to burden her with my care if I became ill. She deserves my absolute best. Being fit, healthy and happy is just one way I can do that.

So if you are really struggling with your weight loss demons then maybe it’s time to reassess what’s important to you. WHY is it important or WHO do you love more than anything else and want to become a better version of yourself for?

WHO is that person or people in your life that you would do anything for?

WHO inspires or motivates you to exercise even when you don’t want to and WHY is it important to you?
